Seamless Septic & Waterfront Solutions
System Design & Coordination
A successful septic project starts with a design that fits the property, soil conditions, intended use, and local requirements. Clink provides septic system design for new construction and replacement systems throughout Central Minnesota.
The process may include site and soil research, soil borings or pits, percolation testing, site layout, and system staking. Clink then prepares the design documents, CAD drawings, soil information, and electronic files needed for review and permitting.
Clink does not install septic systems. We provide the design and coordinate with the homeowner, general contractor, excavation company, and local government officials so the installation contractor has the information needed to complete the project.
SSTS Compliance Inspections
Clink performs compliance inspections for existing subsurface sewage treatment systems, including inspections connected to property transfers. We research available permits and septic records, coordinate required preparation, inspect the system according to Minnesota and local requirements, and provide the completed documentation in a shareable PDF.
This gives homeowners, buyers, sellers, real estate professionals, and local officials a clear record of the system’s compliance status.
Sewer Line Jetting
A successful septic project starts with a design that fits the property, soil conditions, intended use, and local requirements. Clink provides septic system design for new construction and replacement systems throughout Central Minnesota.
Frozen sewer lines and buildup in septic distribution lines can interfere with a system’s flow and performance. Clink provides sewer line jetting for frozen lines, mound septic systems, and other situations where pressurized cleaning is appropriate.
We can evaluate the problem and explain whether jetting is the right next step for the system.
Clink does not install septic systems. We provide the design and coordinate with the homeowner, general contractor, excavation company, and local government officials so the installation contractor has the information needed to complete the project.
Septic Repairs
A failed pump, damaged control panel, septic alarm, or sewer line problem does not always require a complete system replacement. Clink provides targeted septic repairs, including pump replacement, control panel replacement, alarm repairs, and sewer line repairs.
